Users pertains to individuals or businesses receiving reviews using our platform.

Customers pertains to patrons of establishments.

Management pertains to an establishment management and ownership.

 

1. Use of the platform

A. By using the ElevateMe platform, you agree to share your email and phone number for reference follow-ups.

B. You consent to be contacted for reference follow-up purposes.

C. ElevateMe provides a platform for employees to receive ratings and reviews of their work from managers, colleagues, and customers.

D. All cash tips received through ElevateMe will be subject to a 15% instant withdrawal fee and a 10% transaction fee inclusive of Stripe charges.

E. Tip withdrawals may take 1-3 days to process, depending on your bank and the day of the week of the withdrawal request.

 

2. Eligibility

The platform is open to all custoemrs and employees including their location. However, the platform reserves the right to review all entries to ensure that the ratings and reviews comply with the platform's guidelines and policies. We reserve the right to remove any reviews or ratings that violate our policies or guidelines. 

 

3. Ownership and responsibility

The customer who submits a review or rating retains ownership of the content and agrees for their information to be shared for recruiters to confirm said review or rating. However, the platform reserves the right to use the content to provide better services to users. The opinions, reviews, and ratings expressed on the platform are solely the opinion of the customers submitting them, and the platform does not endorse or support any of them.

 

4. Privacy and Data protection

The platform values your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to develop or improve our services or promote your profile boosting career advancement opportunities. You may delete your account or request the removal of your content at any time.

 

5. Prohibited activities

You may not use the platform to submit false, deceptive, misleading, or defamatory content. You may not use the platform to harass or bully other customers or users publically or via inbox. The platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and conditions.

 

6. Disclaimer

The platform provides no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content submitted by its users. Therefore, third parties should use their own discretion when assessing the validity of any reviews or ratings.

 

7. Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be settled amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

 

These terms and conditions govern the use of ElevateMe. By using the platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, our policies and guidelines by which they are enforced immediately.
